What are the basic principles of high power DC power supply
1. The transformer and rectifier are separated to convert AC220V / 380V AC into required DC.
2. The high-power DC power supply adopts the inlet element to pre adjust and initially stabilize the output voltage of the isolation transformer, so as to reduce the power consumption of the linear adjusting element, improve the work efficiency, and ensure the high precision and high stability of the output voltage source.
3. The linear adjusting element adjusts the filtered DC voltage to make the output voltage reach the required value and accuracy.
4. The filter circuit can prevent and absorb the ripple interference and noise of DC power supply to a large extent, so as to ensure the output voltage of DC power supply with low ripple, low noise and low interference.
5. The control system of DC power supply compares, judges, calculates and analyzes the detected signals, and then sends out corresponding control instructions to make the whole system work normally, stably and coordinately.
6. Other power supply and reference voltage source: provide high precision reference voltage source for DC voltage stabilizing system and power supply for electronic circuit work.
7. Voltage sampling and voltage regulation: detect the output voltage value of DC regulated power supply and set and regulate the output voltage value of DC regulated power supply.
8. Current detection circuit: obtain the output current value of high-power DC power supply as the information of current limiting or protection control.
9. Driving circuit: power amplifier circuit for driving the executable element.
